Absolutely horrible product. The Faber gas stove I bought barely lasted 2 months before the glass literally blasted. It could have seriously injured someone, and the response received from the company was “we’ll replace the glass” like it’s no big deal.
They refuse to fix the full damage and talk in the most careless, clueless, and irresponsible way. Not only glass the entire stove is bent and can not be used. They can’t even guarantee it won’t blast again because of the damages
He just told if you want you can use with risk
In the last 3 months I purchased 2 faber stoves. And I can’t believe both the stove are damaged.
The worst experience ever!!!
